This tried and tested dispute service is ideally suited for individuals solely interested in challenging specific items on their credit reports. The suite of tools and features found in the Standard service are incorporated into the Gold and Platinum service as well. |

We dispute directly with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Irrespective of the service level you choose and the number of negative items we dispute, correct, or remove from your credit reports, you pay only one low monthly fee. Modify Credit Experts, P.C. is not affiliated with any credit reporting agency. |

| Pay as you go |
| |
Modify Credit Experts, P.C. does not require any pre-payments, nor will you be charged on a per-dispute or per-correction/removal basis. Modify Credit Experts, P.C. will bill you once a month for services performed the previous month, and will never charge you in advance of services rendered. For your convenience, we accept payment by credit card or by automatic draft from your checking account. |

Cancel anytime |

To retain the law firm you complete a legal retainer agreement which outlines the terms of your agreement with the firm. However, you will not be contractually required to any specific time frame. Credit Attorney, P.C. allows you to cancel the service at any time without penalty or future obligation. |

Refund policy |

| We offer a refund policy under which we will refund some or all of your retainer fees should you receive no improvement on your credit reports despite your active participation. Put simply, you shouldn't have to pay for ineffective service.

A non-confrontational contact with a creditor for mild late-pay accounts in which the client's excellent fiscal relationship is leveraged in an effort to positively impact the associated credit reporting. |

Account investigations |

A non-dispute contact with a creditor for more seriously late accounts which requests either documentation of an account's compliance with various consumer protection statutes or a requisite alteration to the way it is represented within the clients credit reports. |

| Debt validation |
| |
A non-dispute contact with a creditor for certain charged-off and collections accounts which affirms a client's rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and demands a complete accounting of the alleged obligation's statutory compliance. |

Generally speaking, every additional intervention on your behalf increases the likelihood of a favorable response. Since additional methods are brought to bear, Gold level clients may see results sooner. However, it is important to remember that a law firm cannot promise a particular result within a certain time frame since every case and credit report is different. |
